Flores Diving takes a boutique approach to Komodo diving, keeping groups small — maximum four divers per guide — to ensure quality encounters at the park's best sites. The center has a strong macro photography focus, visiting critter-rich muck sites alongside the park's big-animal action.

SSI courses are available from beginner through dive guide level. The center also offers freediving programs for those wanting to explore Komodo's reefs on a single breath. Night dives reveal mandarin fish, Spanish dancers, and other nocturnal creatures.

The team includes a resident underwater photography instructor who runs regular workshops and can assist with camera setup and technique. Nitrox fills help extend bottom times at the park's shallower macro sites.
