Common troubleshooting
App doesn't detect depth
Ensure you're using Apple Watch Ultra or Ultra 2. The depth gauge requires submersion in water to activate. Check that the latest watchOS is installed.
Dive not recorded
Make sure DiveOne is the active app on your watch during the dive. Check that sufficient storage is available on your Apple Watch.
Data not syncing to iPhone
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Keep the DiveOne app open on your iPhone after the dive for sync to complete. Restart both devices if the issue persists.
