These Terms of Service govern your use of the DiveOne app and platform. DiveOne is free to use at launch. By using DiveOne, you agree to these Terms.

What DiveOne Is: DiveOne is a dive logbook and dive-logging app. It is not a dive computer or a life-support or safety device. It does not calculate decompression, no-decompression limits, ascent rates, or safety stops, and it does not replace professional training, a dive computer, or other safety-critical dive equipment.

User Responsibilities: You are responsible for carrying and maintaining your certified primary dive instruments and for your own safety while diving. DiveOne accepts no liability for decisions made using data logged or displayed in the app.

Intellectual Property: All software components, brand designs, and interfaces are the intellectual property of DiveOne Club and may not be reused without written permission.
