Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DiveOne website (diveoneclub.com) or the DiveOne app. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using DiveOne, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Description of service
DiveOne is a recreational dive tracking application for Apple Watch Ultra. It provides depth, time, and temperature tracking for recreational diving activities. DiveOne is currently in development and available as a free beta.
3. Not a dive computer
IMPORTANT: DiveOne is NOT a certified dive computer. It does not provide decompression calculations, gas mix analysis, ascent rate warnings, or any safety-critical diving functions. DiveOne does not replace professional diving equipment. Never rely solely on DiveOne for dive safety decisions.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Using DiveOne only as a supplementary recreational tool • Following all diving safety protocols and certifications • Maintaining proper certified dive equipment • Ensuring your Apple Watch Ultra is functioning correctly • Your own safety during all diving activities
5. Limitation of liability
DiveOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from: • Use or inability to use DiveOne • Inaccurate readings or data loss • Any diving-related incidents • Interruption or discontinuation of the service You use DiveOne entirely at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and trademarks on diveoneclub.com and in the DiveOne app are the property of DiveOne Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Beta disclaimer
DiveOne is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Data collected during beta may not be preserved across major updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience during this phase.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using DiveOne at any time by deleting the app.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
