About this center
Amed Ocean Dive is located on the quiet northeast coast of Bali, where volcanic black sand beaches meet pristine coral reefs. The center offers direct shore access to its house reef, home to pygmy seahorses, frogfish, and schooling jacks.
Daily boat trips reach the famous USAT Liberty wreck in Tulamben, Japanese Shipwreck, and the coral gardens of Jemeluk Bay. PADI and SSI courses are available from Discover Scuba through Divemaster, plus freediving introductory programs.
The relaxed atmosphere and small group sizes make Amed Ocean Dive ideal for divers seeking an alternative to Bali's crowded south coast. German-speaking instructors are available on request. Full equipment rental includes well-maintained Scubapro gear.
