Dive Into Ambon

Ambon Bay Divers operates in one of the world's most extraordinary muck diving destinations. Ambon Bay's dark volcanic sand harbors creatures found nowhere else: the psychedelic frogfish (Histiophryne psychedelica), Ambon scorpionfish, and a staggering variety of nudibranchs and cephalopods.

Shore dives along the bay's slopes reveal rhinopias, hairy octopus, blue-ringed octopus, and countless other macro treasures. Night dives bring out the bay's most elusive residents. Boat trips reach outer reef sites and seasonal Banda Sea expeditions for hammerhead sharks and pelagics.

PADI courses from Open Water through Advanced. The center caters primarily to experienced divers and underwater photographers seeking rare species. Critter identification guides and photography assistance are included with all dives.
