Apple Watch dive log

A dive log on the watch you already own.

DiveOne records your dive on Apple Watch Ultra and turns it into a logbook entry you can read like an instrument. No extra hardware to buy, no separate device to charge.

Apple Watch dive log

How logging works

Three steps, and none of them depend on having a signal at sea.

Step 01

Dive

The watch records depth at 1 Hz, dive time, and water temperature using Apple Watch Ultra's built-in sensors. Everything is recorded offline — no connection needed underwater or on the boat.

Step 02

Surface

After surfacing, the dive syncs to your iPhone. Sync status stays visible — the app says so when something needs attention instead of failing silently.

Step 03

Review

Each dive becomes a journal entry: depth profile, duration, water temperature, and the entry-point location when available.

Logbook

What gets recorded

Depth
Continuous recording from the built-in depth gauge, sampled at 1 Hz.
Time
Dive duration, tracked through the whole dive.
Water temperature
Continuous recording from the Ultra's temperature sensor.
Entry point
GPS location at the start of the dive, when available. GPS does not work underwater.

Honest limits

A logbook you trust starts with limits you can see.

Supports Apple Watch Series 10 and later and every Apple Watch Ultra model, including Ultra 3.
