Maaya Thila
Overview
Maaya Thila is one of the Maldives' most famous dive sites, a circular submerged pinnacle in South Ari Atoll. By day, the overhangs and caves shelter whitetip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, and giant moray eels. By night, it transforms into one of the world's premier night dives as the whitetips become active hunters. The soft coral coverage is exceptional.
