Fahal Island

Fahal Island is Muscat's most iconic dive site, a dramatic rocky island rising from the sea just off the capital's coastline and visible from the city's Corniche waterfront. Its proximity to shore — a mere 15-minute boat ride — belies the quality of diving found around its rocky flanks, where a diverse reef ecosystem thrives in the nutrient-rich waters of the Gulf of Oman.
