Rocket Frog Divers

Rocket Frog Divers is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center (IDC) located at Playa Ocotal, just four kilometers from the popular beach town of Playas del Coco in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Operating since 2011, the center has built an outstanding reputation with a team of 19 PADI Instructors, making it one of the largest professional dive operations in the region.

The center specializes in trips to the Bat Islands (Islas Murcielago), known as Costa Rica's premier big animal dive site. From May to November, divers can expect encounters with bull sharks, while year-round highlights include white-tip reef sharks, eagle rays, and giant Pacific manta rays. The Catalina Islands offer equally impressive diving with manta ray cleaning stations and diverse marine life.

As a PADI IDC center, Rocket Frog Divers trains divers from absolute beginners through to PADI Instructor level. They also operate a second location in Playa Flamingo, providing convenient access for divers staying along the Gold Coast of Guanacaste. Their boats are well-equipped with safety gear, and the professional staff ensures small group sizes for a personalized diving experience.
