Phoenix Divers is one of Koh Tao's longest-running dive operations, established in 1992 when the island had barely any paved roads and diving was just beginning to emerge as the primary draw for visitors. Offering courses through both SSI and PADI systems, the center provides flexibility that allows students to choose the certification agency that best suits their goals and travel plans. The center's distinctive pink dive boats have become an iconic sight in Koh Tao waters over the past three decades.

The purpose-built swimming pool on the premises is a standout feature, designed specifically for dive training with a depth and layout that allows proper skill practice before open water sessions. This purpose-built facility sets Phoenix apart from centers that rely on natural bays or shared pools for confined water work. Courses run from introductory experiences through to Divemaster, with specialties including Deep Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Wreck Diver, Night Diver, and Perfect Buoyancy.

Daily boat trips aboard the famous pink fleet visit all of Koh Tao's premier dive sites. Chumphon Pinnacle, Southwest Pinnacle, Sail Rock, Japanese Gardens, Twins, and the HTMS Sattakut wreck are all regular destinations. The experienced multilingual team speaks English, German, French, and Dutch, ensuring European visitors feel well supported throughout their diving experience.

The Sairee Beach location is central and social, within steps of the island's best restaurants and nightlife. Phoenix partners with accommodation providers nearby for dive-and-stay packages.
