Ocean College is a modern dive center on Dahab's Masbat promenade that combines recreational scuba training with freediving and technical diving programs. Founded in 2015, the center has quickly established itself as a versatile training facility catering to diverse diver interests.

The center enjoys direct shore access to the Mashraba reef system, one of Dahab's prime dive sites with coral gardens starting from just 3 meters depth and a wall that descends beyond 50 meters. The Blue Hole, Canyon, and Lighthouse sites are all accessible within short drives along the coast.

PADI courses cover the full recreational range from Discover Scuba through Divemaster, with technical diving extensions including deep specialties and sidemount configuration. Freediving courses are offered alongside scuba, allowing visitors to explore both disciplines during a single trip to Dahab.

Instruction is available in English, Russian, and Arabic, reflecting Dahab's increasingly international community. Russian-speaking instructors make the center particularly popular with divers from Russia and the CIS countries who form a significant portion of Dahab's visitor base.

The relaxed Dahab atmosphere permeates the center's operations. Small class sizes ensure personal attention, while the walkable location on the Masbat strip means cafes, restaurants, and accommodation are steps away. Nitrox fills support extended bottom times for those diving multiple times daily, a common practice in Dahab's shore-diving culture.
