About this center

Santorini's only PADI 5-Star IDC and Greece's only TecRec Center. Full recreational and technical diving on Kamari Beach since 2005.

Navy's Waterworld Dive Center is Santorini's only PADI 5-Star IDC Center and Greece's only TecRec Dive Centre, making it the most comprehensively equipped diving operation on the island. Based on Kamari Beach since 2005, the center has built an outstanding reputation for professionalism, safety, and unforgettable underwater experiences in the volcanic caldera.

The PADI IDC and TecRec designations mean Navy's Waterworld offers the full spectrum of diving education — from introductory Discover Scuba Diving experiences for complete beginners through to advanced technical diving certifications including trimix and extended range courses. This dual recreational and technical capability is unique on Santorini and rare anywhere in Greece.

Dive sites accessed from Kamari Beach showcase Santorini's volcanic geology at its most dramatic. Divers explore lava reef formations, volcanic walls with swim-throughs, a wreck site, and unique underwater hot springs where volcanic activity continues to shape the seabed. The crystal-clear Aegean waters provide exceptional visibility, and the volcanic substrate creates a distinctive underwater colour palette of deep reds, blacks, and ochres against the blue water.

The center runs dedicated snorkel safaris daily around the volcanic cliffs, headlands, and scenic coastal formations for non-divers. All levels of PADI dive education are available, from recreational courses to instructor development and technical diving certifications. The multilingual team speaks English, Greek, German, and French.

With Discover Scuba Diving experiences starting from 120 EUR including two dives, Navy's Waterworld provides exceptional value for a premium Santorini diving experience.
