Hidden Depths Diving

Hidden Depths Diving is a PADI 5-Star IDC Center in Saladan that has earned PADI Green Star recognition for its commitment to environmentally responsible diving practices. The center operates what is widely considered the fastest dive boat on Koh Lanta, dramatically reducing transit times to distant sites and strictly limits daily capacity to a maximum of twelve divers per trip.

The speed advantage is most apparent on trips to Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, where the fast boat arrives well ahead of slower vessels from other operators. This means Hidden Depths divers are often the first in the water at dawn, encountering manta rays and reef sharks before the sites become busier later in the morning. The same advantage applies at Koh Haa, where early arrival means fresher conditions and undisturbed cavern dives at Cathedral and the Chimney.

As a PADI 5-Star IDC Center, Hidden Depths offers the full training pathway including Instructor Development Courses. The Green Star rating reflects verified environmental practices including participation in Project AWARE, reef monitoring surveys, and plastic reduction measures. Staff actively engage guests in conservation awareness, and the center coordinates regular underwater cleanup events.

Courses span the PADI range from Discover Scuba through Divemaster and instructor levels.
