Fish Rock Dive Centre is Australia's first PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort, family-owned and operated since 1987 in the coastal town of South West Rocks. The centre specializes in dives to Fish Rock Cave, Australia's only true ocean cave dive, a 125-metre tunnel running right through Fish Rock, located two kilometres south-east of Smoky Cape.

Double dives to Fish Rock and surrounding sites depart daily aboard three fast, purpose-built dive vessels. The area is renowned for its large population of critically endangered grey nurse sharks, along with turtles, rays, wobbegong sharks, and abundant marine life.

The resort features on-site accommodation, an on-site pool used for training, a fill station with nitrox for enriched air certified divers, and PADI Advanced Open Water courses that include 6 dives over 3 days at Fish Rock. Divers need Advanced Open Water certification or Open Water with 15+ logged dives to dive Fish Rock.
