About this center
Dive Rusukan is an SSI-certified dive centre on Labuan Island, the federal territory off the coast of Sabah known as Malaysia's wreck diving capital. The centre specialises in wreck diving, guiding divers to four major shipwrecks sunk during World War II and the post-war era. These include the Cement Wreck (at 20m), the American Wreck (at 30m), the Australian Wreck (at 33m), and the Blue Water Wreck (at 40m). Each wreck has been colonised by spectacular coral growth and hosts schools of batfish, barracuda, lionfish, and nudibranchs. The centre also visits Rusukan Besar and Rusukan Kecil islands for reef diving with healthy hard and soft coral formations. SSI courses are available from beginner to advanced, with wreck diving specialties being the most popular.
