Dive and Relax operates from the beautiful Long Beach area on Koh Lanta's western coast, offering an intimate diving experience built around a strict maximum of two to three students per instructor. This commitment to small group sizes has earned the SSI center a devoted following among divers who want personal attention rather than the conveyor-belt experience of larger operations.

The center runs two fast speedboats, a significant advantage over the slow longtail boats used by some competitors. The speed cuts travel time to Koh Haa to roughly forty-five minutes, leaving more time in the water and less on the surface. It also makes extended day trips to Hin Daeng and Hin Muang more comfortable, reaching these remote pinnacles in approximately ninety minutes compared to the two-plus hours required by slower vessels.

SSI courses from Try Scuba through Advanced Adventurer and specialty certifications are available, all taught with the same small-ratio philosophy. The Perfect Buoyancy specialty is particularly popular, as the excellent visibility at Koh Haa provides an ideal environment for mastering neutral buoyancy skills among the site's dramatic caverns and swim-throughs.

The Long Beach location places divers in a quieter, more scenic setting than the busier Saladan village. After morning departures, guests return to a stretch of coastline known for its sunsets, beachfront restaurants, and relaxed atmosphere that perfectly matches the center's name. Despite the boutique format, the operation maintains a full complement of well-maintained rental equipment and offers nitrox fills for certified divers.
