Dahab Freediving is a dedicated freediving school operating near the famous Blue Hole, one of the world's most iconic freediving locations. The school focuses exclusively on breath-hold diving education and training, offering courses through both AIDA and Molchanovs certification systems.

The Blue Hole's unique geography — a deep sinkhole with a maximum depth exceeding 100 meters, surrounded by a shallow reef — creates perfect freediving conditions. The water is calm, warm, and crystal clear, with a fixed line system allowing divers to train at precisely controlled depths. The adjacent arch at 56 meters is a legendary target for advanced freedivers.

Courses range from introductory AIDA 2 and Molchanovs Wave 1 programs through advanced AIDA 4 and Wave 3 certifications. Instructor-level training is also available for those pursuing a professional path. The school's instructors include competitive freedivers with national and international records.

Training combines classroom theory, pool/confined water sessions, and open water depth training. Sessions typically take place in the early morning when conditions are calmest. Safety protocols are rigorous, with trained safety divers present during all depth sessions.

Instruction is available in English, Russian, and French. The Russian-language capability is particularly valued given the large community of Russian freedivers who train in Dahab. Many students come for extended stays of 2-4 weeks to maximize their depth progression in the ideal conditions.

Basic freediving equipment rental (long fins, low-volume masks, wetsuits) is available. The school partners with local accommodation for extended-stay packages.
