Cebu Dive Centre

Cebu Dive Centre is a PADI 5 Star IDC Center on Panagsama Beach that has been training divers from entry level through to instructor since 2004. The center's strength lies in its professional training programs, making it a destination for aspiring dive professionals who want to earn their credentials in one of the Philippines' top dive locations.

The IDC program attracts candidates from across Asia and beyond, drawn by the combination of excellent training conditions, diverse dive sites, and affordable living costs in Moalboal. The center also offers technical diving courses including sidemount and deep specialties, expanding the horizons for experienced divers seeking new challenges beneath the surface.

Recreational diving remains the core of daily operations, with boat trips running to Pescador Island, Tongo Point, and the Tanon Strait's open-water sites. Shore diving along the Panagsama reef gives access to the famous sardine run, abundant turtle populations, and rich macro life including nudibranchs, pipefish, and frogfish. Night dives reveal a completely different ecosystem of nocturnal predators and bioluminescent organisms.

The center maintains a comprehensive inventory of well-serviced rental equipment and its own compressor station with Nitrox blending capability. Experienced divemasters and instructors lead all guided dives, with a focus on small groups and thorough briefings that enhance safety and marine life identification for every dive.
