Blue Planet Divers

Blue Planet Divers is an SSI Diamond-rated dive center located in the heart of Saladan village on Koh Lanta's northern tip. Known locally as Lanta Dive House, the center has built a loyal following among divers who appreciate the personal touch of a boutique operation backed by the highest level of SSI accreditation. The Diamond rating reflects sustained excellence in training standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction.

The center operates daily boat trips to the Andaman Sea's most celebrated dive sites. Koh Haa, a cluster of five limestone islets roughly ninety minutes from Lanta, offers cathedral-like caverns, dramatic swim-throughs, and vibrant soft coral walls. Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, the famous red and purple rocks, attract oceanic manta rays, whale sharks, and dense schools of pelagic fish during peak season from November through April. Koh Rok, a pristine marine park further south, presents crystal-clear visibility and healthy hard coral gardens perfect for wide-angle photography.

Blue Planet Divers stands out on Koh Lanta for its dedicated freediving program. SSI Freediving courses from Basic to Instructor level are taught by certified freediving instructors, making the center a genuine dual-discipline facility rather than one that merely offers snorkeling as a sideline.
