Aquanaut Diving Club

Aquanaut Diving Club operates from El Gouna's Abu Tig Marina, offering boat-based diving across the northern Red Sea's finest reef systems. Since 2006, the center has provided a friendly, professional diving experience for visitors to this upscale resort town.

Daily boat trips depart for a rotating selection of sites based on conditions and demand. Popular destinations include the Abu Nuhas wreck graveyard (featuring the Giannis D, Carnatic, Chrisoula K, and Kimon M), Sha'ab El Erg for dolphin encounters, the colorful reefs of Abu Ramada and Umm Gamar, and Giftun Island's protected marine park.

PADI courses are available in English, German, and Russian, covering the range from Discover Scuba through Advanced Open Water. Specialty courses in Deep, Wreck, and Nitrox are offered on demand. The center prides itself on keeping groups small, with no more than six divers per guide during fun dives.

Full equipment rental features regularly serviced gear including regulators, BCDs, wetsuits, and dive computers. Nitrox is available for certified enriched air divers. The center's boats provide comfortable topside areas with sun protection, camera rinse stations, and hot drinks.

El Gouna's lagoon-and-island layout creates a uniquely pleasant atmosphere. After diving, visitors can explore the town's waterfront restaurants, take a kite-surfing lesson, or simply relax at one of the many beach clubs along the waterfront.
