Achilleon Diving Center

Achilleon Diving Center has been operating in Corfu since 2001, with its main base in the legendary Paleokastritsa — widely regarded as the most beautiful diving location on the island and one of the finest in the Ionian Sea. A second branch in Messonghi on Corfu's southeastern coast extends the center's reach across the island.

Paleokastritsa is a diver's paradise. The crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea reveal dramatic rock formations, atmospheric caves and grottos carved into the limestone cliffs, colorful reef walls, and an incredible diversity of Mediterranean marine life. The area's unique geology — where towering cliffs plunge directly into deep turquoise waters — creates underwater landscapes of exceptional beauty, with swim-throughs, archways, and caverns illuminated by shafts of natural light.

Achilleon's experienced team of SSI-certified professional divers offers scuba diving courses, snorkeling trips, and guided dive experiences for all levels. From introductory Try Scuba programs for complete beginners to advanced certifications, the center provides comprehensive instruction in a safe, friendly environment.

The multilingual team communicates in English, Greek, German, and Italian, making the center accessible to the diverse European visitors who are drawn to Corfu each summer. All equipment is provided and well-maintained, and the boats access dive sites that are difficult to reach from shore, including remote caves, offshore reefs, and hidden coves.
