I had my first trial dive today with Ivan from Dive Tonga. It was amazing!! Ivan is a pro that gives all the information, instructions and all done calmly with a smile. I was completely relaxed knowing Ivan is with me. Went down to the reef at 11+ meters and it was like a walk in the park. I wish I stayed longer. Thak you to Gabi as well. They both took us to swim with the Wales. An unbelievable experience. Thanks! Issac.

Ivan and Gabi were exceptional divemasters (and I say that as someone who has done hundreds of dives around the world with a lot of different divemasters). They each have thousands of logged dives, and they were extraordinarily competent, organized, and safety conscious (they maintained a perfect dive profile, which is critical here since there is no recompression chamber anywhere in Tonga). I was very impressed—I highly recommend them!

Incredible experience on two whale swims and two dives with Dive Tonga! Ivan and Gabby were our guides and Billa was the boat captain. They worked very hard to provide the best experience with safety and respect for the animals as a priority. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed diving with Gabby and Ivan, they’re very experienced and knowledgable divers. They explained the reef and local marine life thoroughly. We did a cave dive which was cool to see, saw octopus and lots of nudibranch. The reef dive didn’t disappoint with a huge school of barracuda as soon as we descended. The corals were beautiful and we were lucky enough to see an eagle ray and lots of anemones!

Dear Dive-Tonga Team, many thanks for 5 unforgetable days of diving on Vava'u. Ivan, Pilar and Gaby did an amazing job, to make the dives interesting. We are quote experienced divers and we were impressed by Ivans professionality and enthusiasm. We had always a lot of fun, and tonga is an amazing dive location. We did really impressive Cave dives and we had so many fishes especally on the "pelagic pinacle". Corals were in really good conditions, also a lot of softcorals. We can absolutly recommend diving in Vava'u and the "Dive Tonga" dive Center. Thank you Ivan and Pilar, Rainer and Ilona
