Trip oct 2024 We sail for 8 days and done 17 dives I love HALIA, steel hull, wooden deck, safety staircase, small room it's ok. Nice food, the best for me still local breakfast with curry tuna 🤙🏼 Diving with local very experience dive master make it this trip super awesome 🤩 😍🫵🤙🏼🤝

Booked a package excited at a good deal and first look at Maldives. But even with a competent onboard crew who were friendly and professional, the lack of transparency and responsiveness by the Management made the pang of hidden costs (e.g. unclear equipment rental pricing, mandated fixed minimum crew tip) feel exacerbated. Better communication would have delivered the premium experience the Maldivian reputation carries, rather than leaving guests to navigate operational limitations and unexpected expenses at their own cost.

Had a great experience on-board the Myna I. The operator’s processes were streamlined from check-in to check-out, and the food was good too! Only gripe to mention are two broken bathroom tiles which they should really look into fixing - as I suffered a deep cut on my toe on my second last evening. Fortunately, I managed to stop the bleeding after 30 minutes, else I would probably have to skip the shark tank dives on the last day of diving.
