About this center
Red Sea Diving College is one of Hurghada's premier dive operations, a PADI 5-Star IDC Career Development Center established in 1992. The CDC status places it among an elite group of centers worldwide authorized to conduct the full range of PADI professional training programs.
The center operates a fleet of dedicated dive boats that depart daily for the northern Red Sea's finest sites. Standard destinations include Giftun Island marine park, Abu Nuhas (four historic wrecks), Sha'ab El Erg (dolphin reef), Abu Ramada, Umm Gamar, and Careless Reef. Extended trips reach Ras Mohammed, the Brothers Islands, and Daedalus Reef.
Technical diving programs are a particular strength, with trimix fills and equipment available for deep exploration. Courses cover PADI Tec 40 through advanced technical levels, alongside sidemount and rebreather familiarization. This makes it one of the few Hurghada centers fully equipped for serious technical diving.
The five-language instruction capability (English, German, Russian, Italian, French) reflects both the center's international clientele and its large, experienced instructor team. A purpose-built pool and classroom facilities support the educational programs, from Open Water through IDC.
The center has received multiple PADI awards for outstanding training and has produced hundreds of PADI professionals. Equipment rental features Apeks and Aqualung gear maintained by certified technicians, and nitrox is standard. The combination of professional training excellence, technical diving capability, and a large fleet makes Red Sea Diving College a standout operation in the Egyptian Red Sea.
